 Background 
 Interleukin-4 is a pleiotropic cytokine produced primarily by activated T lymphocytes, basophils and mast cells. Multiple immune response-modulating functions are performed by IL-4 on a variety of cell types and it has an important role in the regulator of isotype switching, induction of IgE production in B lymphocytes and differentiation of precursor T helper cells. IL-4 binds to both membrane-bound and secreted soluble IL-4 receptors.

 Solution proposed 
 Murine interleukin provided -4 (mIL 4) products for the filter-sterilized white lyophilized powder; the lyophilized powder containing 1mg/ml mice from interleukin -4 (mIL 4) solution (without additives) in the freeze-dried produce. We recommend additional sterile 18MΩ-cm water for the preparation of working stock solution to 100μg/ml, follow-up experiment based on the experimental requirements can be further diluted. 

 Preservation proposal 
 Murine interleukin -4 (mIL 4) freeze-dried powder can be stored at room temperature for 3 weeks, or placed in -18 ℃ cryopreservation for long-term preservation.
